APT Members are of the view that modification to Resolution 655 (WRC-15) is necessary to reflect the decision made by CGPM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul>\n<li>APT Members also recognize the responsibility of the International Bureau of Weights and Measures (BIPM) for the maintenance of a global time scale and believes that the responsibility of the ITU-R includes the spectrum allocation for radiocommunication time signal dissemination and the associated ITU Recommendation(s) for their dissemination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul>\n<li>APT Members support the continuation of the ITU-R studies to cooperate further with the BIPM, the International Committee of Weights and Measures (CIPM) and CGPM on the future of UTC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul>\n<li>APT Members would like to end leap seconds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>APT Common Proposal: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apt.int\/sites\/dhttps:\/\/www.apt.int\/sites\/default\/files\/Upload-files\/APG-23\/R23-WRC23-C-0062A24-A6MSW-E.docxefault\/files\/Upload-files\/APG-23\/R23-WRC23-C-0062A24-A6MSW-E.docx\">Doc.
